Hi Craig,

I have done this in the past and when the HOA BOD refused to correct the violations, had to file a lawsuit. Ended up getting the violations cured by settlement and also attorney's fees paid from D&O liability insurance. Let me know if you want to talk or email me privately.

Listmates,  I have a client that needs to sue the HOA to force them to enforce the CCRs.  We have clear violations by one resident and the HOA refuses to address it despite demand letters.  Has anyone had success in such a matter or should we go straight to private enforcement?
