Does anyone have a sample of a deed use to transfer property in a boundary line adjustment. There are three parcels. 2 owned by an LLC and one owned by an individual. However, the LLC is also the individual.



Two of the parcels [one owned by induvial and one owned by LLC] are giving up land to add to the third parcel.  I know I am making this harder than it needs to be.



In the alternative, any willing to give me a few minutes to walk me through this.
