[WSBARP] Referral-Probate-Potential Conflict between Will and Prenup

PNC is surviving spouse who is to inherit all from deceased spouse - substantial estate - fairly current Will and non-probate assets.

There may be an old prenup partially in conflict with the above plan.

No children involved.

Surviving spouse needs assistance as to how to navigate the probate and non-probate asset distribution.
