[WSBARP] Need a referral for real estate ( HOA) attorney - Rapid City, South Dakota

I have a friend who is dealing with an Architectural Control Committee 
Member of One who is running amok; my friend  needs a South Dakota 
attorney (property near Rapid City) to write a strong letter, advising 
the ACC to stand down and to put in writing the  exact issue that 
appears to be the problem and quit threatening to fine my friend ( and 
lien her property) a year after the fact.  Please send me a referral and 
I will pass it along.
