I need a referral for an elderly couple in Kitsap County facing foreclosure on their primary residence.  They have substantial equity in the property and funds for an attorney.  Sounds like they may have been dealing with an unscrupulous investor.

Auction date is apparently Aug. 9th so time is of the essence.
