[WSBARP] Help Wanted

Listmates, I have a wonderful problem: My website is a way-too-effective
new client funnel. It generates a substantial amount of potential
landlord/tenant work, along with business counsel (i.e. LLCs), perhaps 3 or
more PCs per week. I do not handle such matters and am too old to take up a
new line of business (particularly that one -- yikes!).

So with the new year, I am looking for someone to accept these referrals.
Initially these will be on  a professional basis. The long term goal, of
course, would be a relationship that results in revenue to me.

If that is enough to pique anyone's interest, please contact me directly.
