[WSBARP] referral for geo tech

Listmates.  I have a client in need of a geo tech to write a causation letter for a water problem.  Short story is City allowed a detention pond to be built 12 feet above the client's property.  Prior to construction there were no water issues.   Now the back yard is a swamp.  Located in Snohomish County.   Thanks, Craig
