It is a pretty small bar in that area.  I would try Nate Needham at Needham Glenn to start:  (360) 642-2332.  He has a pretty broad practice and if he cannot do it, I would bet he could direct the potential client to appropriate counsel practicing in Pacific County.

Colleagues,

Seeking assistance for PC.

Property is in Ocean Park, WA- Pacific County on Long Beach Peninsula.

Facts as follows:


PC's former tenant moved out in 2022, but left the unit destroyed, including water damage in front of a washing machine and foundation related damages.



Perhaps relevant... while the tenant was in the unit in 2020, PC had a plumber and home inspector to check for leaks because of excessive water usage. No leaks were found.



The insurance company paid for some of the damage and restoration, PC has additional nearly  $50k in damages to the unit.



In December 2023, PC received a cancellation of policy for "failure to conduct routine and timely repairs."



The insurance was due to expire on January 30th of 2024, PC cannot find alternate insurer because of the cancellation.
