[WSBARP] PC seeking counsel on water well

Happy New Year, Listmates!

I have gotten several inquiries of late involving water well issues.
Current PC seeks guidance on risks, regulations, etc., and possible
revision of existing recorded Well Agreement. I am not sufficiently up to
speed on the issue.
