Subject: [WSBARP] Pierce Co. real property

Pierce County Referral Needed:

Two brothers purchase real estate. Older Brother provides money; Younger Brother lives in the house with his wife and child. Verbal agreement is YB will buy property from OB. Never really happened.

Now YB is divorcing wife and she wants half the value of the home EXCEPT she took money from OB and signed a quit claim deed before OB and YB's sister (who is a real estate agent). Sister unfortunately trusted Wife when she said she would record the QCD, but she never did it. However, a copy exists, and the Wells Fargo banker who notarized it and transferred the money has evidence that it was executed in her notary log.

Older Brother is wants to quiet title and needs someone to represent him. I will pass along referrals.
