[WSBARP] Execution on real property.

Listmates,  We have a situation where we need to execute on real property in payment of a judgment.  We have gone through the due diligence in determining that there is no non exempt personal property and we are ready to go after some vacant land and an unoccupied house. We are aware of the homestead issues.  Does anyone know of an execution cliff note type publication or " how to" that outlines the procedural steps?  Thanks!  Craig
