You have a transaction where the property straddles a jurisdictional line between city and county, or something like that?

See "multiple locations" affidavit and worksheets at:
https://dor.wa.gov/forms-publications/forms-subject/real-estate-excise-tax-forms
select the "real estate excise tax affidavit for sales/transfers - March 1, 2023 and after." That will open subsection that includes the "multiple locations" forms.

Sincerely,

Eric

Subject: [WSBARP] REETA Multiple Location vs Single

Recorder in King says missing multiple location codes worksheet. They say that there is a REETA packet?
Looking for a definition of location codes. Is Bellevue and Seattle different locations as both are in King County?
Thanks
Mike
