[WSBARP] Closing An "Intervention" Estate

Hi, Listmates.
I have a probate where the PR doesn't have non-intervention powers because the estate is insolvent, and the only asset is a parcel of land. A buyer was found more quickly than expected. Closing of the parcel sale could happen quite quickly, this week or next. It would be great to close the sale quickly. I'm not ready yet to prepare the Final Report and Petition for Distribution, set the hearing, publish 20 days notice, etc.
This is a basic question to most I'm sure, but I believe I can get court approval for the sale before doing the closing, etc. I assume the funds of the sale would then be held in the real estate escrow until the final report and court approval of distribution. If my assumptions are correct, what is the procedure for getting court approval of the sale? Do I have to prepare an interim report and accounting? Any thoughts and/or model docs would be very helpful.
Thanks.
Best Regards,
