Dear Listserv:

PC is a relative of good friend. PC recently bought a home in the Mt.
Vernon area (Skagit County) and a myriad of issues have presented with the
property condition, including, but to limited to, Form 17 issues, items
that were allegedly “repaired” as part of the home inspection, and issues
with the property formerly used as a drug house?

I practice transactional only in commercial real estate work, so any
attorneys who are interested in this litigation work will be passed along
to the PC. Self-referrals welcome and appreciated.

All My Best,

Nicole
