[WSBARP] Electronic Notary Service

[Mark Lee]

 With electronic notary services do you typically have the notary certification integrated into the document or placed on a separate page? 
I prefer it in the document but am curious about how this works with remote electronic notaries.

I have a Client who is overseas and needs to sign a document in front of a Notary Public.  I know that a Notary Public needs to be certified as an "Electronic Records Notary Public" to notarize a document remotely.
