[WSBARP] Off Topic Issue - BOI Reports

What I have read is that a district court judge, federal district court, has rule it unconstitutional.

It has not been struck down completely as the ruling has limited application. Any new companies formed this year file since you have, I believe 30 days. For companies filed prior to 2024, you have until year end , but I would not wait last minute. I have filed for all my entities and have advised clients of the law and suggested they file. The penalties are draconian.

I know this has been a topic of discussion.   I thought the law requiring these reports to the federal government had been declared unconstitutional.  What is the current status of that law?
