[WSBARP] Electronic Notary Service

Dear All:

I have a Client who is overseas and needs to sign a document in front of a Notary Public.  I know that a Notary Public needs to be certified as an "Electronic Records Notary Public" to notarize a document remotely.

Who have you successfully used in the past for this?  If it matters, I am located in Pierce County.
