[WSBARP] Need help ASAP- wonderful opportunity to be of service

I am leaving for Ireland (or would jump in) but just heard from a 
potential client who is a tenant and  a Lutheran Minister  (at Swedish 
Hospital) renting at the Sherwood Apartments on Mercer Island. His unit 
was water damaged while he was on vacation by a faulty sprinkler. He, 
his pregnant wife and teenaged daughter have been staying in a guest 
apartment operated by Sherwood, but now has been told he needs to vacate 
by this Friday. No offer of abatement of rent or other accommodation. He 
needs someone to jump in and negotiate. No formal notice to vacate.  He 
has made a claim under his renter's insurance. Low Bono. If  you can't 
help, can you recommend someone?   I can set up a call and do 
introductions. He may make too much income for NW JUSTICE Project.
