Listmates, I have a client that is being told that her condo unit is not considered a single family residence for purposes of giving notice of intent to sell to a tenant. Does anyone know if that is correct? Her management company is telling her the only way she can terminate the tenancy is if she moves back in. Seems rather odd, but then again it is Seattle so nothing surprises me. Thanks
