[WSBARP] Neighbor Trees

Dear All:

PC lives in the northern part of Pierce County. PC's neighbor is planting cypress trees within 3 feet of PC's property line. Those trees reportedly grow fast and wide. PC is concerned that the trees will ultimately interfere with the use of PC's property, including the driveway areas on PC's property. PC is also concerned about the future cost of having to keep the trees trimmed once they grow into PC's property.

PC would like to talk to an attorney in the South Sound who can help her navigate her options. If not yourself, would you recommend that she call?

Thanks.
