See RCW 4.12.040 and .050.  They have changed the name to a Notice of Disqualification.  The moving attorney no longer has to allege "prejudice."

Does anyone out there have a motion and affidavit of prejudice that they would be willing to share with me?  I just received notice of a pre-trial conference with the one judge in King County that I don't trust to make good decisions.  Thank you in advance!
