[WSBARP] King County Boundary Line Adjustment

Good morning, real property attorneys.

I have a boundary line dispute that may settle with a confession/stipulation of judgment. Recently, there was chatter that the King County property tax assessor won't take into considerations boundary line adjustments done by way of a judgment. Typically, a judgment has always been much easier than a BLA. Has anybody figured out a workaround to the property tax issue?

Many thanks,

Scott
