Esteemed colleagues,

I have a pro-bono client receiving a settlement of just under $5,000. Meets the requirements for a d4a trust - disabled since she was 20, now 62 years old, currently receiving Medicaid benefits. While I've done a fair amount of special needs trust planning, I've never drafted a (d)(4)(a) trust. Is there anyone with some experience that can give me a little advice / direction? I'd pass this along to someone who's done this work before but not sure if anyone would take on a pro-bono matter like this!
