[WSBARP] LA County, CA Referral for IRA (?) Distributions

A friend of mine has a brother in a coma, and is not expected to recover.
He is looking for an attorney in LA County to help him with a monetary
distribution; I think it is an IRA distribution. He does not want it to go
to his brother (due to high taxes), but instead, to his brother's kids.
Please let me know if this is in your practice area or if you can recommend
anyone to help him. Thank you!
