[WSBARP] Filing Lis Pendens against Estate Real Property

Listmates:
Decedent dies before divorce final. W immediately lists community home for
sale assuming to be 100% owner. Decedent's Will leaves his estate to his
daughter. W's Realtor told of the Will. Will is admitted to probate and
daughter appointed PR. Would it be wise for the estate to file a lis
pendens against the home naming the probate estate, and case number, for the
pending litigation to cloud the title. I know the estate is entitled to
administer the entire community property.
