[WSBARP] Elder Law Attorney Referral

A PC needs assistance. Her father passed away this year. Her mom, with
dementia, is in a skilled nursing facility, and she is the Agent under a
POA. She doesn't know if Medicaid or Medicare are paying for the facility.
She has sold her parents' home and the state is getting funds from an
annuity for  her mom's care. Now that her mom will be receiving social
security benefits from her husband's death, and funds from the sale of the
house, she needs to talk with someone to make sure her actions will not
create any problems with the social services her mom is receiving. I will
pass along all referrals.
