[WSBARP] A Mobile Home is impeding a land-sale

Hello Listmates.

A PNC is trying to sell a parcel of land, and there is a mobile home on it. The problem he is running into is that there is some long-paid-off loan on the mobile home, but it hasn't been cleared off of the title to the mobile home. So he is having trouble selling the parcel.

Is there a counter-part to a Quiet Title action for real property, that applies to titles for mobile homes?
