Colleagues, a client really needs good appraisers and good real estate realtors in both South King County and the Tri-Cities.

Any recommendations would be very helpful.

The South King County property is a four plex, zoned residential, client resides in one unit, other three are rented.

The Tri-Cities properties are 2 residential dwellings, but close to an industrial area with possible pressure to expand. The Tri-Cities appraisals are complicated by the fact that the owners died in 2016 and no appraisals were completed at that time.

Client wants to sell all properties and needs good appraisals and good realtors.
