[WSBARP] Writ of Restitution in King Co.

'Mates, thanks for any assistance! I am getting a default judgment and an
order of ejectment. The sheriff has confirmed that this should be treated
like a writ of restitution. This is my first one!

Do I need to prepare the writ as well? Or does the Court generate it?  And
if I have to provide it, would someone be willing to share a copy?
