[WSBARP] Response to Summons

Client was served with a summons and complaint by a pro se litigant.  Summons requires, of course, that Client serve copy of the Client's answer on the "person signing this summons."  However, pro se litigant lives in a car and only provided a PO Box and a telephone number in the summons.
Who here knows how to properly serve the answer?
