correspondence from the City that includes threats of substantial penalties
if he does not cease and desist from operating such property on AirBNB and
other short term rentals. He informed me that his use of the property
should be grandfathered, as he was doing short term rentals before an
ordinance was passed disallowing such use.  If you can help him, please let
me know, and I will pass your information along.

Hi all-

I am seeking the original will of Rita K. Lee. The will was executed on January 20, 2010, at the firm Mosler, Schermer and Jacobs, or Mosler Schermer Jacobs and Sieler. The attorney who prepared the will was Laurence Mosler, who I understand is now deceased. The firm does not seem to be in existence.

Does anyone know what happened to the original wills held by this attorney/firm?
