[WSBARP] Any referrals for an appraisal of a small apartment complex?

Hello Fellow Practitioners,

 

I have a client that is administering an estate that is now a partial owner
of a small apartment complex with approximately 17 units.  The complex is
located in Burien, WA.  My client is trying to get a valuation of the
property for the estate.  Does anyone have any recommendations or referrals
for a property appraiser that would be able to value such a property?
