[WSBARP] Eviction

Listmates, This has probably already been discussed but I don't recall the answer. Tenant is given 14 day notice to pay rent and a few days before the deadline makes a partial payment by deposit directly to the landlords bank account. Can the landlord proceed with the eviction because it was not paid in full or do they need to start over with a new 14 day notice? Thanks in advance ( Yakima county if that matters), Craig
