PC has property in 100 year flood plain that has elevated elements and should qualify for a building permit and is trying to sell. County planning has told multiple interested buyers that they will not issue a building permit, and ignores data from topographical survey that should allow them to issue based upon the qualifying criteria. Owner has now missed multiple selling opportunities.
