Are there any attorneys with experience in getting rid of timeshare weeks at Peterson's Waterfront resort on Lake Chelan?

PC owns a couple weeks (one desirable summer week and one undesirable winter week). Would prefer to keep the summer week but get rid of the winter. Looking at all the winter weeks that owners want to give away on Peterson's website, it doesn't appear to be easy to do.  All referrals will be forward to PC.
