[WSBARP] Gas pipeline easement

Listmates, I received a referral from another attorney regarding a gas pipeline easement through some farmland.  I have not done a gas line easement so don't know if there are special considerations for this type of use ( I presume there are) .  Client is also seeking advice on valuation.  Anyone out there have experience in this type of easement?   I will forward all interested parties to the client.   Thanks, Craig
