PC wrote (in essence):

PC is the owner of a rental property in Olympia.  The property shares a
driveway with an adjacent property.  The driveway straddles both
properties.  The current owner of the adjacent property parks a travel
trailer on the driveway on a continuous basis, blocking PC and PC’s tenants
from having access to or use of the driveway.  Looking for legal recourse
to this matter.
