[WSBARP] What can Landlord do with the Manufactured Home/RV

Please see the original post.  The mobile home is still in the park.  The question is can the LL follow the abandoned vehicle law, contact the owner of record (as provided by the local sheriff) and then tow off mobile home as one would with a standard vehicle?

See Chapter 308-61 WAC, and City of Seattle v. Long (2021)(WA Supreme Court, no citation handy).  Typically, law enforcement will only tow from the public ROW, if that.

Listmates:

Successfully removed a tenant from their RV/Manufactured Home under RCW 59.20.  (this is an old 5th wheel that theoretically can be towed but most likely will fall apart).  I see no provision in RCW 59.20 as to what the LL can do with the titled unit.  How can the LL get title?  Are these treated like abandoned cars; fill out the sheriff form and their tow truck guy comes and gets it?  What happens to the true manufactured home that is affixed to the ground?
