[WSBARP] What can Landlord do with the Manufactured Home/RV

Please respond to the list.  I have the exact same question for a mobile home in a MH park.  We got the tenant evicted under Chapter 59.20 but have learned title is in an unknown person's name.

Listmates:

Successfully removed a tenant from their RV/Manufactured Home under RCW 59.20.  (this is an old 5th wheel that theoretically can be towed but most likely will fall apart).  I see no provision in RCW 59.20 as to what the LL can do with the titled unit.  How can the LL get title?  Are these treated like abandoned cars; fill out the sheriff form and their tow truck guy comes and gets it?  What happens to the true manufactured home that is affixed to the ground?
