[WSBARP] PR signing as Grantee's agent on REET

I am assisting a PR who is going to record a PR deed with 6 grantees. Some are not cooperating. No open space tax involved.  Anyone have had a problem with the PR signing both as Grantor and as agent for Grantees on the REET form to get PR deed recorded?
I think as an alternative in the past I have put in "unavailable" on the REET form for Grantees.
