[WSBARP] Cell tower leases

Yep, those provisions are absurd and non-starters.  Before I get into that I need to see if they are willing to pay enough for my client to even consider it at all.   Current offer is $1k / MO and my client needs at least 5K / MO before I even think about the other terms.  Just trying to see what the market currently is.

UGH!!!!

Be careful of these!!!!  Pay particular attention to provisions involving eminent domain or future development of the site.  Can have huge impacts.

And beware of easements by cell tower companies.  Can be even worse.
