[WSBARP] King Co Attorney for Real Estate Property Contract Default

I have a very good friend who bought a house with a now ex-boyfriend. They
had a property agreement, but her ex, who continues to reside in the house,
is not upholding his obligations.

I'm looking for an attorney who can help her. She has funds to pay her
