[WSBARP] Eviction Refereal

Hi Cat,

Due to the confusing and jurisdiction specific nature of unlawful detainer
and landlord-tenant law, most practitioners representing landlords only
work in certain jurisdictions (e.g., City of Seattle; certain rural
counties, etc). If it is Seattle, then I suggest asking Kaitlyn Jackson, if
she hasn't already seen this post.
