[WSBARP] Do I need a REETA?

This is very helpful, thank you!  But now, since the Recorder's Office does not answer their phone and their web site is not very specific, I have a question about how to calculate the recording fees.

I am recording a Community Property Agreement and a death certificate, both under the same cover sheet that references the property description, parcel number, and Grantor/Grantee.  The CPA recording fee is $203.50 plus $1 for additional pages.  Do I pay for the death certificate as two additional pages (front & back)?  Or do I pay the $39 fee for recording a death certificate?

I somehow have never done this before, and I need to record a Community Property Agreement along with the death certificate (redacted) of one spouse to transfer the house to the surviving spouse.

Does this require a REETA to be filed as well?
