I'm just grateful the "Torrens" system was repealed, with its dusty old
leather-bound books, and my final nightmare Torrens case is behind ,e.

Given that these seem to be rejections based on the excise tax affidavits, I
wonder what DoR has to say.

We have all suffered this. And it has only become worse since the pandemic
as we can't go in and give them a "look." I've done that a few times and
the problem gets fixed right there.

Jennifer; which county rejected it for failure of 'gift' docs?

I have annotated my "standard" Supplemental Statement forms to include that
same language, just in case the recorder wants to be a . difficult person.

Reminds me of the joke, "what does a leprechaun eat for breakfast?" "I don't
know, Lucky Charms?" "Oh, so you believe in leprechauns, do ya?"

I posted a couple of weeks ago about the daughter to mother QCD that had
been rejected because I had dared use the title clearance WAC for the
exemption. It was rejected by King Co and I was told to use the gift WAC and
the published gift supplement form. Even though this was not a gift
(confirmed by all of you colleagues), I knuckled under and complied. It got
rejected AGAIN - because, wait for it - I had left the boxes blank on the Q:
"Has there been or will there be a refinance of THE debt?" Below was my
revised interlineated supplement the last time, which did finally go
through. These clerks are completely ridiculous!!!...
