Never mind! It helps to read the WAC. FYI if anyone else did not already know this, a REETA is required in this circumstance. The relevant WAC is 458-61A-303(2)(a).

Cheers,
Sara

Subject: Do I need a REETA?

Hello listmates,

I somehow have never done this before, and I need to record a Community Property Agreement along with the death certificate (redacted) of one spouse to transfer the house to the surviving spouse.

Does this require a REETA to be filed as well?

Thank you for indulging me on a beautiful Friday afternoon when we should really all be outside.
