[WSBARP] REETA Woes

This instance is in Pierce Co, but I have this issue frequently in any
county.  When conveying real property to a trust, an exemption applies. It
doesn't seem applicable to include the "sales price" and exemption amount,
but if I leave it off, my submission is rejected. As that occurred so
often, I now include that information as a matter of course. Today I just
received a rejection because I added those figures to Section 7.

Any advice on best practices? I'm not even sure that I can record using
Simplifile without including that information.
