I have clients purchasing a property and the seller has asked to temporarily leave a tractor and other items on site at closing and retrieve them a few days later. My usual knee jerk reaction is hell no, get your stuff and begone but, in this instance, moving the closing date is not a good option and client is inclined to cooperate. Vague law school memories of bailment law comes to mind so I'm wondering if someone has some good contract language they can share for such a situation.
