Johns Monroe Mitsunaga Koloušková, PLLC is looking to hire an additional attorney to join its team. We are a boutique law firm focused on land use and real estate development across Washington State. JMMK attorneys represent land developers and private property owners before Hearing Examiners, City and County Councils, State Administrative Boards (Shoreline, Growth Management, Pollution Control), State Courts at every level, and regularly provides lobbying assistance and strategy.  JMMK attorneys have significant experience in resolving both real estate and contract disputes. JMMK attorneys also provide transactional and homeowner association advice to a broad range of clients. Along with serving as legal advisor to the largest local home builder association in the country, JMMK attorneys are actively involved with relevant Washington State organizations and interest groups.



JMMK is particularly looking for an individual who has an interest in helping foster an active litigation practice, addressing a variety of real estate and contract issues in the context of land development. Having been in existence for well over twenty years with a high level of employment stability, we are a close knit team with an emphasis on attorney collaboration and an enviable work-life balance. Applicants should have a demonstrated interest in land use and real estate law, with a cover letter, writing sample, and resume with applicable experience to the position.
