[WSBARP] King County Property Tax Appeal

Hi folks, a client has asked for referrals for the following.

We're contemplating appealing the property tax valuation on [King County
Office Building].  It came in high while rents are reduced, one floor is
vacant, and the tenant in another floor is not going to renew and we have
no prospects on the horizon.

Seems like this could describe just about every office building in Seattle,
but...anyone interested?
